Mon 25JUN23 🗣️ [ANNOUNCEMENT]

This month marks 6 months since the start of ATOP Fitness.


Thank you for being here, doing the work, and trusting in ATOP Coaching to help you get closer towards your goals.


After reflecting on both my own and ATOP's mission, vision, and goals I'm excited to announce some changes going forward within ATOP Fitness.


First and foremost, the purpose of ATOP Fitness is to provide the everyday athlete with an efficient, evidence-based, and results driven workout program that you can follow at your own convenience.


Maybe you are new to training.

Maybe you are not ready to go in on a coach yet.

Maybe you are at a point where you do not need a coach anymore.


Regardless of where you are at, I want ATOP Fitness to be your go-to workout program when looking for a training experience that is going to produce results.


The results being optimal fitness, body composition, and performance.


That is why going forward, I will be combining Bodyweight, Build, and Athlete into one program that will better encompass optimal fitness and performance.


ATOP Fitness will be a full program with warm-up, bodyweight, strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning components all molded into one program.


It’s everything that I believe makes a strong, fit, and healthy human-being.


I’m excited to share this with all of you and to see what you all think.
