What you can expect to learn on the call: - Receive a personalized PHYSICAL HEALTH BLUEPRINT to easily plan and cycle your workouts across a year. - How to establish a personalized system for measuring and gauging your progress. - Science-backed nutritional guidance on how much and what to eat every day and where to start. - The ideal and most effective workout plan for you to get you to where you want to be. - Targeted goals for where to focus in the gym so you can stay motivated and injury free. We will confirm the session via email and calendar link with call information. Please plan to meet via Google Meet video and be sure you are set up in a quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed. For the best experience, I suggest being on your laptop or computer. We will be sharing our screen and providing information that you'll want to easily see on a bigger screen.
